Units were called to 375 North and U.S. Wednesday morning for a report of a gas line cut.

Pump 201 arrived to find that the Whitley County Highway Department cut a 3″ gas line running along 375 North. A few homes were evacuated, but no further threat was posed to the nearby C&A complex or surrounding businesses.
