A 3-car collision in downtown Churubusco caused traffic problems for morning commuters Saturday.
One female was transported to an area hospital complaining of pain. Firefighters remained on the scene for some time assisting with traffic direction on the busy highway.

An accident at U.S. 33 & Blue Lake Roads closed down the highway for well over an hour and caused reported power outages in the area after a pole was sheered off at the base.
One person complained of pain, the accident remains under investigation.

At approximately 1:30 a.m. Tuesday morning Churubusco fire, police and EMS were sent to U.S. 33 just south of the Allen/Whitley county line with a “personal injury accident” and a “vehicle rollover”.
